Espresso Blend - Liquid Amber

This is a potent, pungent blend for espresso beverages. It's ideal for milk drinks, as this intense bittersweet cuts through the steamed milk. Caramel sweetness that turns pleasingly pungent with 2nd snaps, spice, cacao, semi-sweet chocolates, savory notes, and long aftertaste. Monsooned coffee and a small percentage of Robusta add crema and body. Full City+ to French roast.

We are using a fresh Costa Rica ingredient that brings an excellent level of sweetness to the blend this time. Short and long shots show hints of fruit, sweet smoke, caramel, umami, and cream in the extended aftertaste.

It is named for the rich color and multitude of crema it produces. The blend was complex to come up with, but we found the general tastes we wanted, emerging from the aroma and first sip through the very long aftertaste.
